Battery positive terminal 30 terminal ammeter ignition switch starting relay "ignition switch" connecting column coil iron battery negative terminal. The core is magnetized, attracting the contact arm, and the contact arm is closed.
The solenoid coil circuit is switched on and the relay contact is closed.
Suction coil circuit: battery positive terminal 30 terminal starting relay "battery" connecting column, bracket, contact, "starter" connecting column terminal "50" suction coil starter magnetic field terminal motor magnetic field winding armature winding lap iron battery negative terminal.
Holding coil circuit: battery positive terminal 30 terminal starting relay "battery" connecting column, bracket, contact, "starter" connecting column terminal "50" holding coil setting iron battery negative terminal. When the suction coil and the holding coil are just connected to the current, the two coils produce magnetic flux in the same direction, and under the combined action of their magnetic force, the moving core moves forward. The rear end drives the shifting fork through the sliding ring to move the drive gear into engagement with the flywheel.
After the motor switch is connected, the suction coil and the additional resistance are short-circuited. Keep the coil energized. The movable core maintains the suction position.
When the drive gear and flywheel gear ring are close to complete engagement, the movable core drives the push rod forward so that the contact plate will be connected to the main circuit of the starter. The circuit is: battery positive terminal 30 terminal motor switch contact plate C terminal magnetic field winding positive brush armature winding negative brush iron battery negative terminal. The starting switch is disconnected.
Starting relay stops working and contacts open.
The suction coil circuit is: battery positive terminal 30 terminal contact plate C terminal suction coil 50 terminal holding coil take iron battery negative terminal.
The suction of the two coils cancels out, the spring resets, and the drive gear and flywheel disengage.
